Kids' Favorite Grāpple Oven Pancake
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup butter
• 2 Grāpples, peeled and sliced
• 3 tbsp. brown sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Powdered sugar for serving
Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a blender, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and salt

Put butter in baking dish and place dish in oven until butter is melted.
Mix Grāpple slices with cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add Grāpple slices to baking dish and leave in oven until butter sizzles. This can take about 5 minutes. Do not let apples brown. Remove baking dish from oven and pour batter over Grāpples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.
